Sandra Villa

Sandra brings over 25 years of experience leading people, business and organisational transformation across global, multisector environments, from SMEs to large corporations.

She has held senior roles with Novartis, GlaxoSmithKline, Medical Nutrition and Korn Ferry, combining strategic insight with disciplined execution across people strategy, stakeholder engagement, commercial growth and transformation leadership.

Sandra holds an MBA from La Salle, Universitat Ramon Llull, a Master’s in Human Resources Management from EADA Business School, and a degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from Blanquerna, Universitat Ramon Llull. She also completed Harvard Business School executive education in HR for Growth and Growing HR Leaders.
