Her experience spans highly regulated and complex international environments across pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, industrial manufacturing, infrastructure, financial services and international organisations. Having held senior leadership positions at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, Novartis, Schneider Electric and Ferrovial, she brings a rare combination of operational depth, transformation expertise and strategic vision.

Throughout her career, Coralie has led large-scale transformation programmes, advanced digital and sustainable procurement practices, strengthened governance frameworks and delivered measurable business impact across global organisations.

She holds an Executive MBA from EADA Business School, executive education from Harvard Business School in Leadership, and IMD Business School certifications in Digital and Sustainability Transformation.
